TECHSTARS start-up seeks a Computer Vision Expert to join their talented team.

Immersive Labs is a funded Techstars NY company providing face detection technology designed to adapt content on digital signs. We're on the cusp of something that is world changing and have scheduled deployments nationwide.  Immersive Labs was selected as one of the Top 25 hottest start ups to watch in New York City by Business Insider.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and optimize computer vision / image processing 2D face detection algorithms including: object detection, object recognition and tracking.
• Working with machine learning algorithms for use in real time applications on real world problems.
• Strong knowledge of standard image processing algorithms is required.

Skills and Education

• Extensive programming experience in Open CV, C++, C
• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in
• systems architecture, data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Perform large-scale data analysis and mathematical modeling
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science|
• Focus on computer vision and/or AI and Machine Learning
